Our retrofit helpdesk software is currently in development, designed specifically to support housing associations, councils, and retrofit assessment teams managing high volumes of properties across multiple programmes.

Built with real retrofit workflows in mind, the platform allows you to separate and manage different funding schemes in one place, with the ability to attach the relevant assessment types to each scheme and apply scheme-specific requirements automatically. Naming conventions and document structures can be customised so outputs are generated consistently, reducing admin time and improving accuracy across large-scale programmes.

The system also provides clear property tracking through configurable status updates, giving your team full visibility of progress from first contact through to completed assessment. Each tenant site can be assigned a unique work order number, ensuring smooth coordination between helpdesk teams, surveyors, and internal departments.

To support reporting and performance monitoring, the platform enables you to pull raw data for your own internal reports, compliance checks, and programme analysis—helping you stay in control of delivery, workload, and outcomes.
