## Nudge Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Arisyn Ltd handles information in connection with Nudge, an application published on Google Play under the developer display name Arisyn
Software.

## Information handled by Nudge
Nudge processes information that you enter or generate while using the app. Depending on how you use Nudge, this may include:
- Circle information and names.
- Relationship labels.
- Private notes.
- Settings and selection state.
- Activity history.
- Reminder plans.
- Local notification identifiers and notification-response state.
- Dormant Calendar records retained from an earlier beta installation.
Core app data is stored locally on your device. Nudge has no developer-operated user accounts, backend service, cloud synchronisation, analytics or advertising in this
release.
Nudge does not use private notes in notifications, suggested messages, activity records, feedback, or any sharing function available in this release.
## How Nudge uses information
Nudge uses locally stored information to provide its core features, including organising your Circle, managing relationship details, recording activity, generating
suggested messages, and planning local reminders.
Names may appear in local notifications. They may also appear in suggested messages that you deliberately choose to share through another application.
Nudge uses local notifications only. This release does not use developer-operated remote push-notification services.
## Suggested-message sharing
Sharing a suggested message is always initiated by you. When you choose to share, Nudge passes the selected message to the sharing options provided by your device. The
receiving application then handles the shared content under its own privacy practices.
Private notes are not included in suggested messages or in any sharing function available in this release.
Nudge cannot delete emails, text messages or other content after you have sent it through another application.
## Notifications
Nudge may schedule and display local notifications using Android’s notification system. A notification may include a name, but it does not include private notes.
You control notification permission through Android settings. Clearing Nudge’s data from within the app does not revoke Android notification permission or remove the
Android notification channel.
## Android backup and device migration
Android cloud backup is disabled for Nudge in this build. This reduces the possibility of Nudge’s app data being included in standard Android cloud backups.
Device manufacturers and operating-system tools may provide their own device-transfer or migration features. Arisyn Ltd does not claim that disabling Android cloud backup
prevents every manufacturer-specific migration method.
## Clear All
Using Clear All removes Nudge’s durable local data, including Circle information, relationship labels, private notes, settings, activity history, reminder plans,
notification identifiers, selection state, notification-response state, and any dormant beta Calendar records that remain on the installation. It also removes Nudge-owned
notification state managed by the app.
Clear All does not:
- Revoke Android notification permission.
- Remove the Android notification channel.
- Delete emails, messages or other content already sent through another application.
## Dormant beta Calendar records
Some existing installations may retain dormant Calendar records created by an earlier beta version of Nudge. Calendar functionality is not available in this release.
Any such records remain part of Nudge’s durable local data and are removed when you use Clear All.
## Support and privacy correspondence
If you contact Arisyn Ltd at Arisynsoftware@gmail.com, the information you include in your email is transmitted through your email provider and received in a Gmail mailbox used for Nudge support and privacy correspondence.
Support correspondence is normally deleted after 12 months unless it is still needed to resolve an ongoing request. Gmail’s handling of email is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
Please do not include private notes or other sensitive information in a support email unless it is necessary for your request.
## Data retention and deletion
Core app data remains in Nudge’s local app storage while it is needed to provide the features you use. You can remove Nudge-owned durable local data and notification state
by using Clear All, subject to the exclusions described above.
Support and privacy correspondence is retained separately according to the support-correspondence period described in this policy.
## Children and age suitability
Nudge is intended for a general audience aged 16 or older. It is not directed at children under 16.
If you believe that a person under 15 has sent personal information to Arisyn Ltd through the support mailbox, please contact Arisynsoftware@gmail.com.
## Changes to this policy
Arisyn Ltd may update this Privacy Policy when Nudge’s features or privacy practices change. Updates will be published on this same page with a revised effective date.
